Learning Through Sports, Inc. is now offering its Kid's College® customers additional support for Reading Comprehension practice through the one-of-a-kind BrowseAloud tool by Texthelp.

"This partnership with Texthelp greatly enhances our Kid's College online Math and Literacy curriculum by reading aloud web content to vastly improve comprehension for new readers, students struggling with reading difficulties, and English as a Second Language (ESL) students," said Mark E. BrowseAloud has been installed on the Kid's College secure website and is available to customers for no additional fee. School administrators, teachers and parents must simply download a quick-and-easy plug-in for the BrowseAloud product one time only, and the tool is activated whenever their student or child logs into Kid's College.

Students can easily begin using BrowseAloud right away; as the student moves his or her cursor over words on a webpage, the words are highlighted and web content is read aloud. The voices can be customized easily to male or female. The speed and color of text can also be personalized to suit the user's needs.

The BrowseAloud tool is a perfect addition to the unique Kid's College online learning environment, which combines standards-aligned Math and Reading curriculum, adaptive technology that automatically remediates or accelerates each student, and engaging sports video games for reinforcement.
